At Hydrastore following the Government, World Health Organisation and NHS announcements we have introduced measures to prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
The health and safety of our employees is always our very highest priority and we will therefore be following the most recent advice of the UK Government concerning minimising the transmission of Covid-19.
As a result, we have recommended that the majority of our office staff work from home. This will in no way impact the service we provide, and your DCA and Hydrastore contacts are all well enough equipped to continue providing the very best advice and support, whether they work from home or the office. From today we would prefer that you contact members of our staff via email but if necessary our phones will remain manned during normal working hours.
Consequently, we have withdrawn our external area sales managers from making visits, however they are still available to contact via email, telephone or a suitable video conferencing platform. Our technical department, production and warehouse facilities remain unaffected albeit with some access restrictions to visitors.
Hydrastore are in close contact with our suppliers who at this point in time remain open and trading as usual. Our stocks remain comprehensive enabling us to minimise any disruption to our customers during what is a difficult time
Thank you for your continued support during this challenging period.
