Marketing Assistant (Full Time)

Location: Based at Hydrastore Ltd, Belton, Nr Doncaster DN9 1PN

At DCA (Douglas C Adams), we’re looking for a Marketing Assistant who’s ready to bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to our team. Whether you’re a graduate eager to kick-start your marketing career or someone without a degree with relevant work experience, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills and make a real impact. You’ll be gaining hands-on experience and contributing to projects across our group – DCA, Hydrastore & Related Fluid Power.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll get involved in a wide range of marketing activities — from creative projects to the everyday essentials - your work will include:

• Creating, scheduling, and analysing content for social media.
• Supporting the organisation of events and exhibitions.
• Helping prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
• Assisting in the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Keeping our website up to date, including adding new products and news stories.
• Updating our CRM system to make sure information is accurate and easy to use.
• Providing general marketing and administrative support — including some of the day-to-day tasks to keep us on track.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, with an interest in social media and digital tools.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Able to work well independently and as part of a small team.

Qualifications

A relevant degree and/or marketing experience is a plus, but what really counts is a positive, can-do attitude, enthusiasm, and the drive to take on new challenges.
