We’re looking for a practical, motivated Mechanical/Hydraulic Fitter to help assemble and test high-quality hydraulic power units and systems. You'll be part of a close-knit, experienced team that takes pride in building reliable, well-crafted equipment for a wide range of customers.

🔩 What You’ll Do

  • Build and test hydraulic systems based on up-to-date drawings and technical specs.
  • Collaborate with engineers and provide feedback throughout the build process.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in the workshop—your ideas are welcome.
  • Help keep stock levels in check and maintain an efficient, tidy workspace.
  • Communicate openly with the rest of the team to ensure smooth, safe operations.
  • Pitch in on other tasks when needed—everyone helps each other out.

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Experience ideally with mechanical and/or hydraulic fitting or a related field.
  • Confidence reading and working from engineering drawings.
  • A team-focused attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
  • Good problem-solving skills and pride in doing things properly.
